Artificial lawn / Astro turf cleaning & maintenance plans 2022

 

All plans are based on a 12 month cycle where the artificial lawn/area will be cleaned on a 3 or 6 month basis. 

 We only use professional equipment and cleaning chemicals so you can be sure of a great finish. 

 For weed treatment/control we are City & Guilds PA1/PA6A qualified for safe use of pesticides, this is a legality to use professional herbicides legally in the UK & EU. Certificates will be available on request & will be available to View on our website.

 

While on site we will require a power socket (for the debris collector machine) and we may need to hook up to an outside tap to apply the cleaning chemicals. All pets and children must be kept off the freshly cleaned surface until it has dried.

 

For weed killer application we may need to quickly visit the week before to apply so the concentrate makes its way through the weeds in time for cleaning.

 

You will receive a notification a few days before to let you know we are coming.

 

Our introductory sign up prices valid until the end of August 2022 (for 12 months) are as follows 

 

Standard; Basic service  (quarterly or 6 month)

The bronze level quarterly service will include the following

• Debris removal

• Artificial turf cleaner applied (with fragrance)

• Power Brush premium finish, lift the pile

 

Cost - £60 up to 30sqm then £1 per sqm after 

 

Premium; a must for pet owners (quarterly or 6 month)

 

• Debris removal

• Premium pet smell neutraliser/cleaner with biocidal properties (fresh fragrance finish)

• Weed removal

• Weed killer application 

• Power Brush premium finish, lift the pile

 

Cost - £95 up to 30sqm then £1 per sqm after 

 

We can tailor your plan if required and for the 1st clean we may have to apply a neutraliser along with a disinfectant but we will talk this through with you prior.

 

Artificial lawn / Astro turf one off cleans

 

We will also be offering our services for one off cleans to be booked on an ad hoc basis where we will do the following

 

• Debris removal

• Premium pet smell neutraliser/ gel sanitiser application (fresh fragrance finish)

• Weed removal

• Weed killer application 

• Power Brush premium finish, lift the pile

Cost for this service are as follows,

 

£110 up to 30sqm &  £1.25 per sqm after

 Quick debris broom & Power brush

If you just want a quick freshen up of your artificial lawn with our power brushes, we can do this, a minimum charge of £35 is applied and covers for 1 hour, it is £30 per hour there after. (please note that "NO" neutraliser cleaner chemicals are included in this service unless arranged prior.
